Start the Application Process

Welcome! You have begun the process of formally applying for accreditation with the National Nurse Practitioner Residency and Fellowship Training Consortium (NNPRFTC or The Consortium.)

The application process has 2 steps:

  1. Submitting the Notice of Intent to Apply (NIA) – Step 1 box below;

  2. Submitting the Application within the next 30 days – Step 2 box below.

Completing the forms: Submitting either form begins with completion of the PowerForm Signer information. Fill in the name and email address of the Program Director (or equivalent) and the Chief Clinical Officer (or equivalent). Then click on the “Begin Signing” button in the yellow box at the bottom of the page.

You will be automatically redirected to the NIA Form. Fill in the information, sign the form, and click “submit”. The form will then be sent to the Chief Clinical Officer for signature. After the CCO signs the form and clicks submit, the form will be forwarded to the Consortium. When the CCO submits the form, it activates a return receipt form confirming that the form was received. Within another 24-48 hours a staff member from the Consortium will contact you to talk through next steps.

If you have any questions or difficulties, contact information@nppostgradtraining.com or call 202.780.9651 and ask for accreditation services.
